Patient Lecture Series

Please join me as I walk you through what I believe to be the fundamentals of health: Nutrition, Lifestyle, Environmental Toxins and Sleep. These are the basis for our children to grow and develop into healthy and happy teenagers and adults. If you are on my waitlist I invite you to watch this free video series "Healthy & Happy Children" as soon as possible.

I have designed this lecture series specifically for you. I review the latest research and explain it in easy to understand terms and provide you with practical handouts and checklists you can start using at home today.

If you implement even just some of the actions I outline in this series, you will be well on your way to relieving your families frustration, pain, stress, anxiety or discomfort and forging your own path to better health outcomes starting immediately.

My goal is for you to have healthier and happier children by the time you see me!

So, please enjoy this series and I look forward to meeting you either by Telehealth or in person.
